given to the definition of a robust exploitation strategy, in line with the increasing emphasis placed by the European Commission on maximising the impact of research and innovation projects.<\/p>\n<p>Under Horizon Europe, beneficiaries are expected not only to generate high-quality results, but also to ensure their effective uptake and implementation beyond the project\u2019s lifetime. To support this objective, the European Commission provides dedicated services such as the Horizon Results Booster, which offers tailored consultancy to help projects structure and strengthen their exploitation activities.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, the EasyDC-FOS consortium decided to engage with the Horizon Results Booster at an early stage, in order to proactively align the ongoing technical developments with future exploitation pathways. This approach allows the project to anticipate key aspects such as market positioning, value proposition and potential barriers to adoption, rather than addressing them only at the final stages.
